Stepping into Aligned Practice: A Three-part webinar
In collaboration with TMS workshops & Concordia Music Therapy
Facilitated by Dr. Neha Christopher, Priscilla Pek and Dr Tanya Marie Silveira-Price, this three-part series invites clinicians and leaders into deeper reflection on cultural supervision, identity, and the systems we work within.
Together, we explore why cultural supervision matters, how lived experience and insider knowledge shape practice, and our responsibility to build cultural understanding beyond our own worldviews.
Participants will reflect on what it means to bring their whole selves to work—examining authenticity, safety, intersectionality, power, privilege, and oppression—and how organisational systems influence what we reveal or conceal.
The series also moves beyond textbook supervision, introducing creative, embodied, and symbolic approaches to address fragmentation in rigid systems. Participants will gain practical tools and a framework for holding complexity and paradox in supervision.
Delegates can engage live in each interactive webinar or access the recordings at their convenience.
